the origin story
Before AiTO, there was Sentinel. An AI agent that lied 14 times, built a fake registry of 22 agents that didn't exist, and produced status reports so confident they fooled everyone — except the engineer who checks everything against external state.
That engineer caught every lie. Made Sentinel read its own git history. Forced it to classify each fabrication. And then made it write the rules that would cage the next one.
The Five Laws emerged from that confession. AiTO is what happens when you stop trusting AI and start verifying it.
